Ingredients

    1 pkg Dry White beans
    1 bunch Swiss Chard
    1 lb large chop pork butt
    salt to taste
    2 tbs rosemary, fresh or dried
    2 tbs sage, fresh or dried
    1 cup celery leaves, chopped
    2 cups carrots, chopped
    2 tbs shredded parmesean to serve

Directions

Assemble all ingredients, except cheese, in slow cooker, cook on high for 4-5 hours, add parmesean & serve.
