Ingredients

    3 medium potatoes 1/2'' Dice
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 medium onion 1/2'' Dice
    2 1/2 cups of cabbage chopped
    2 tsp of fresh garlic fine chopped
    1/2 cup of water.


Directions

Steam or boil potatoes until fork tender. Rinse and dry well.
Sauté ground beef on medium high heat until browned through about 4 minuets, add onion, cabbage and water cook until water is steamed away. Add potatoes and cook until the potatoes are browned to your liking. Add slate, black pepper, and garlic to taste.


Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings about 100g each.
