Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts, no skin
1 Can each- Carrots, Corn, Peas, Diced Tomatos
2 small cans Mushrooms
2 Cups white rice
1/8 cup Chicken Bullion
4-5 Cups water
Directions
Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, and cook thoroughly. Put into large pot. Not draining cans, add all other ingredients. Add 4-5 cups water depending on pot size. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
