Ingredients

    1 Onion Chopped
    1 green Bell Pepper Chopped
    2 garlic cloves
    3/4 poind ground chicken or turkey
    1 15oz Can black beans rinsed and drained
    1 14oz Can diced tomaotes
    1TBSP Chili Powder
    2 TSP Cumin
    1 tsp dried Oragano
    1/2 tsp salt

Directions

Fry up ground chicken breast
add onion until translucent
fry up green pepper and garlic
add beans and tomoatoes
season with the rest of spices
cook though until vegetables soft
