Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts (skinless and Boneless)
    Vegetables are approximate
    2 1/2 cups Broccoli
    1 Cup red bell pepper
    1 Cup Green Bell pepper
    1/2 cup peel carrots
    1/2 cup water chestnuts from can or fresh


    Sauce
    3 cups water
    1/4 cup Choy Soy Sauce
    2 Tbs Ground Ginger
    2 tsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    3 tsp garlic salt

    2 cups uncooked instant rice

    Sprinkled with cheese if desired

Directions

Cut Chicken into chunks, cook almost thoroughly through, add fresh vegetables, While chicken cooking, mix spices and water with soy sauce. Cook until tenderness achieved from the vegetables.

Serving Size: makes 5 - 1 cup servings vegitables, 3/4 cup rice
