Ingredients

    100 grams dark chocolate (I used Pralus 100%)
    3/4 cup STEVIVA BLEND
    1/4 cup raw cacao powder
    2 cups heavy whipping cream
    3 cups chocolate almond milk
    2 tbsp powdered Irish moss (carrageenan)

Directions

Melt chocolate over low heat. Add steviva and allow to dissolve. Add cacao powder.
Meanwhile in a blender, whip the cream, then add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Add chocolate mixture.
Freeze according to manufacturer's directions

Serving Size: makes 10 servings. 1/2 cup each.
