Introduction

This recipe came from Leanne Ely, Savingdinner.com. But instead of using crushed cornflakes as the original recipe suggested, I used plain breading and crushed tortilla chips. Ingredients

    1 pound chicken tenders
    1/4 cup honey (I used tupelo)
    1/4 cup yellow mustard
    1 cup breading of choice (I used breading and crushed tortilla chips)
    Seasoning to taste (I used lemon herb chicken seasoning)

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Mix mustard and honey together in a shallow dish.
Place breading in another shallow dish.
Dredge chicken tenders through honey mustard and breading and place on cookie sheet.
Season with seasoning of choice
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
