    1/2 -cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
    1/4 cup pineapple no sugar added
    2- tbsp protein powder
    1-tsp. ground flax seed
    1/2 -cup almond coconut milk
    2 oz. plain low fat Greek yogurt
    1/4-orange juice
    1/2 cup crushed ice

Directions

Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
