Introduction
The nutritional info for this recipe should be quite accurate. I measured the bread crumb mix and milk that were left over after preparing and based the amounts for the calculator on those numbers as more than half of the mix is not actually used. Ingredients
-
4 fillets haddock
3/4 cup skim milk
2 tsp salt
3/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
butter flavoured cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 500ºF and lightly spray a 9"x13" casserole dish with cooking spray.
In a shallow dish combine milk and salt.
In a separate dish combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip your fish fillets into the milk mixture first, then into the bread crumbs coating well. Place fillets into the oiled casserole dish then spray all with butter flavoured cooking spray (you can drizzle 1/4 cup of melted butter over them instead, but this will add more calories than a light spray).
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 fillets
