    Romaine Lettuce, 2 cups chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Swordfish, 3 oz grilled on dry Foreman's grill
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp

Directions
