This is a simple recipe I used when I had no milk or eggs and wanted some veggies This is a simple recipe I used when I had no milk or eggs and wanted some veggies
Number of Servings: 1


    Chicken Breast, no skin, .5 breast, bone and skin removed
    *Flour, white, .13 cup
    *garlic salt, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    Black Olives, canned (small-extra large), 1 tbsp


Cut Chicken Breat into strips
Roll chicken in flour until lightly but completely covered.
Heat Oil on medium high
Place chicken pieces in hot oil.
Cook 4 minutes on each side
Allow Chicken to drain oil and cool
Cut cooked chicken strips into chunks
Chop Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions
Mix Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, and Black Olives
Add Chicken still warm to Tossed Salad
Top with Favorite dressing (My Favorite is Spicy Ranch)
