Ingredients

    *chicken oxo cube, 2 serving (remove) or home made chicken stock
    *(OXO) Vegetable Stock Cube, 1 serving (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)sliced
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium (remove) sliced
    *mixed dry herb, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 100 grams (remove) washed and sliced
    peppercorns (6)

Directions

place all ingredients except mushrooms in a large saucepan and cover. Bring to boil and simmer 2-3 hours. Strain away bones and veg!!! Add mushrooms and cook for 10 mins. Serve
