Introduction

Delicious fruit smoothie with a little added protein. This smoothie provides a starting point but you can also switch it up by changing the fruits/juices added. I'm also going to experiment with adding extra whey protein. I started out with half a serving so I could see how it affected the taste. :) Delicious fruit smoothie with a little added protein. Ingredients

    1/3 C Dole Frozen Pineapple Chunks
    1/3 C Dole Frozen Strawberry slices
    1/3 C Dole Frozen Mango Chunks
    6 oz can Dole Pineapple Juice
    2 oz Simply Orange w/ Mango Juice
    1/2 scoop Jillian Michaels Vanilla Whey Protein

Directions

Dump all ingredients in a blender and blend for about a minute or until all fruit is well blended.

This recipe makes 2 - 6 oz servings or you can opt to have it as one.

Note - I used the fruit frozen to give the smoothie an icy consistency but you can also substitute fresh or thawed fruit.
