Introduction

These are a delicious guilt free treat. Make it a part of breakfast or a cool pick me up on a summer day. Easy to add in a little fiber or protein powder too. Ingredients

    1 large Banana
    6 oz Light Strawberry yogurt
    1cup Frozen Strawberries
    1/2 cup Orange juice

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve in two tall glasses.
Enjoy!

    Very Good
    Instead of frozen strawberries I used fresh but frozen yogurt very nice, refreshing for a hot day, I also added ground flaxseed for a boost of vitamins - 6/9/13
