Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Grass-fed ground beef
    1 jar (24 oz) Ragu chunky veggie pasta sauce
    2-4 T. jelly (any fruit kind will do)
    4 T. yellow mustard
    4 T. ketchup
    1 med. onion, chopped/diced
    2 tsp. garlic (Polaner is what we like)

    Whole wheat hotdog or hamburger rolls, or any bread of choice. Or can spoon over brown rice or black beans.

Directions

Brown lean ground beef (GRASS FED is best), onion, and garlic over low-medium heat in large skillet. When browned through, add 1 jar (24 oz) Ragu and stir in. Add mustard, ketchup, and jelly and mix thoroughly. Cover and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
If you do not have hamburger buns, any type of bread will do. We also serve over brown rice, or black beans.

Serving Size: Makes 12-14 servings over rice or buns/bread
