Ingredients

    14 oz chicken smoked sausage
    2 large green peppers
    2 large red peppers
    5-6 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large onion
    1 T olive oil

Directions



Chop all veggies & sausage to uniform size. Heat oil on medium heat. Add all ingredients. Saute until done ~ 15-20 minutes
