Ingredients

    White Rice 2 cups
    Apple juice 1/2 cup
    Soy Sauce 1/2 cup
    Lipton Onion Soup Mix 1 Enveloppe
    Water 3 1/2 cup
    Mushrooms 1 can

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a 3qt Baking Dish and cook at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes while stirring occassionaly.
