Ingredients

    3 bananas
    1/3 cup yogurt
    4 T peanut butter
    3 tbsp butter
    1 egg
    1/4 c sugar
    1/4 c brown sugar
    1/2 c splenda
    1 1/4 c whole wheat flour
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

-mix first five ingredients.
-add sugars
- Mix flour, baking soda, salt,and cinnamon in separate bowl. Then add to banana mixture.
-Pour in 9X5 pan coated with cooking spray
- bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees

    Very good. Toasted some this morning for breakfast! Baking time is way off for Colorado's high altitudes. Needs at least 45-50 min. - 10/10/12
