Ingredients

    32oz. frozen broccoli
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    small jar of fat free mayo
    1 1/2 pkg. wheat crackers, crushed
    4 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

Combine broccoli, cheese, eggs, and mayo in casserole dish. Mix crackers and butter, spread on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
