Ingredients

    1 14oz Box Ronzoni Smart Taste Elbow Noodles
    3 Tbsp Butter
    1/4 Cup Flour
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    6 oz Velveeta Cheese
    4 oz Velveeta 2% Cheese
    1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
    1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 Tsp Pepper

Directions

~Cook noodles and set aside.
~In same pan melt butter and mix in flour.
~Add milk and spices and stir well.
~Add Cheeses and stir cooking on low heat until melted.
~Add noodles and stir until noodles are well coated.
~Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
