Super yummy blueberry pancakes with 22g protein! Super yummy blueberry pancakes with 22g protein!
Number of Servings: 1


    1/4 cup blueberries
    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp rolled oats
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2/3 tsp baking powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 scoop Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla


Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then mix in almond milk and vanilla and add blueberries. Lightly coat skillet with cooking spray and cook pancakes 1-2 at a time, flipping when ready. They kind of take a while because they’re pretty thick so make sure you don’t undercook them, not that there are any raw eggs in there or anything.
