Introduction

Super simple - just add all to smoothie maker/blender and puree/liquify! Change up the frozen berries to different flavors to change the flavors. Ingredients

    8 oz kefir (1 % lowfat)
    .5 cup frozen blackberries (or other berries)
    1 tbsp flax seed oil
    2 scoops (1 serving) Kashi golean energy protein/fiber mix
    2 tsp benefiber
    1 packet Emergen-C (lite citrus flavor) energy boost
    1 small banana

Directions

Just add everything into a blender/smoothie maker, puree/liquify and its done! Balanced breakfast with protein and fiber to last you through the morning (or for a snack later). YUMMY!!
