Ingredients

    1 1/2C bisquick Heart Smart
    3/4C Dried Cherries chopped
    1/2C Wheat Germ Toasted
    1/2C Brown Sugar Blend Splenda
    1t Baking Powder
    1t Baking Soda
    1/2t Salt
    1/4t Ground Allspice
    1C Low Fat Buttermilk
    1/4C Canola Oil
    1/4C Egg Beaters
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Spoon flour lightly into measuring cup, level with knife. Combine flour & next 7 ingredients in large bowl, stir well. Combine buttermilk, oil & egg, make a well in dry ingredients, stir in just till moist. Place 12 liners in muffin pan and spray with cooking spray. Divide batter evenly. Bake at 400 for 15min till wood pick comes out clean. Cool 5min and serve.
