Ingredients

    2 9-inch unbaked pie shells
    5 c peeled, sliced apples
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    2 T all purpose flour
    3/4 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
    1 T lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 T butter or margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 425° F.

Combine, toss lightly and pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell the apples, Splenda, flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt. Dot with butter or margarine. Top with pie crust. Seal and flute edges. Cut slits in top crust to vent. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until juice is bubbly in the center.
