    Incredible!
I signed up for this site because of this recipe it is great. Best pancakes I have ever had and first time ever I cooked with oat flour. I added some splenda to the mix a half teaspoon of baking soda and instead of tap water used milk Great Recipe - 3/22/14

Easy recipe (I even made my own oat flour), but I will definitely add some Splenda next time I make it. Definitely needs "sweetening". Otherwise a keeper. - 2/26/13
