Ingredients

    1 can (10 Oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
    3/4 cup salsa
    1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
    3/4 cup fat free sour cream
    1 1/2 cups reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese, civided

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine the first four ingredients. Stir in rice, sour cream, and one cup of cheese. Transfer to greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
