Introduction

My take on mom's favorite. My take on mom's favorite.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 stick of butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    2 mashed bananas (the browner the better!)
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients.

Bake in a well greased and floured bread loaf pan for 55 minutes at 325.

Serving Size: makes 1 loaf. Divide as you please!
