Ingredients

    1 package Jell-O Lemon Pudding mix
    2 cups skim milk
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder
    Fresh blueberries
    Fat free cool whip

Directions

Combine pudding mix and milk; whisk for 90 seconds. Add protein powder, whisk for additional 30 seconds, longer if needed. Divide into four 1-cup containers, refridgerate until set. Add 1 tablespoon blueberries and 2 tablespoons fat free cool whip to each container before serving.
