14 oz Smart Taste Spaghetti
2 tsp Olive Oil
300 grams carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp Basil
1 10 oz package frozen Broccoli
1/2 cup water
1 Chicken Boullion Cube
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
15 slices Hormel pepperoni
28 grams (1/3 cup) Parmesan Cheese, grated
25 ounces Chicken breast, cut into thin slices
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Heat olive oil in skillet on med low, then cook chicken until no longer pink and juices run clear. Set aside. Add carrots, salt, garlic powder, pepper and basil, saute for 2 minutes.
In small glass casserole, stire water, boullion, add broccoli and cover. Microwave on high 3 minutes, check for doneness and cook more as needed. Stir in nutmeg.
Combine vegetables together from 2 steps and simmer 1-2 minutes.
Top spaghetti with vegetables, parmesan cheese, pepperoni and chicken.
