Introduction
These scones are a favorite in my house! They are low calorie and adaptable so you can switch the flavor up daily! These scones are a favorite in my house! They are low calorie and adaptable so you can switch the flavor up daily!Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients

2 C flour
1/4 C sugar
2 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1/3 C unsalted butter
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/4 C yogurt of any flavor (fruit flavors work best)
1/4 C nonfat milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut butter into flour mixture until it looks crumbly.
In a seperate bowl combine egg, vanilla, yogurt, and milk. Add to flour mixture and mix till just combined. Knead dough gently 4 or 5 times. Press into a 7" circle on a lightly floured surface. Cut out circle shapes and place on a greased cookie sheet. Spread a small amount of yogurt on top of the scones before cooking. Cook 12-15 minutes or untill tops are slightly browned. Enjoy!
