Ingredients

    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 1.5 cup, dry
    Fat free half and half, 1 cup
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    *Splenda, 2/3 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    4 Large Egg whites
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Dried Cranberries, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Orange Peel, 3/4 cup

Directions

1. Combine oats and half and half and let sit for an hour
2. add rest of ingredients
3. pour into muffin tins
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or til muffins spring back when touched lightly in the center. Remove from tins immediately.
Store in refrigerator. Reheat before serving.
