Ingredients

    Broccoli Slaw mix, 6 oz
    1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
    2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
    1 chicken breast, chopped

Directions

Saute chicken breast. Let cool and chop into pieces.

Cook pasta as directed. While pasta is cooking, place broccoli slaw mix in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Cook for approximately 6 minutes until it is softened, but still crisp. Mix in the pesto and the cooked chicken breast.

Spoon the broccoli slaw mixture over the pasta and enjoy!
