Introduction

Basically stroganoff without the sour cream. My kids love it. You can try a lower salt gravy if needed or use less gravy mix. Basically stroganoff without the sour cream. My kids love it. You can try a lower salt gravy if needed or use less gravy mix.

Ingredients

    1/2 bag Ronzoni Smart Taste wide noodles
    1 small onion (diced)
    8 oz. Sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. Ground turkey
    4 Tb. Brown gravy mix
    2 cups water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

1. Prepare noodles as directed & drain.
2. While noodles are cooking, spray a large sauté pan with cooking spray. Sauté onion then add mushrooms.
3. Add ground turkey & brown.
4. Add gravy mix, water, salt, Kitchen Bouquet and combine. If the gravy is too thick add water to thin out some.
5. Add drained noodles & stir.
