Looking for an easy, economical, low fat and carb dinner? This is it! This is so quick and simple, yet so good to eat. Kids even like it. I usually serve it over mashed potatoes, ( I use instant) add a salad or veggie and "It's Dinner!" Looking for an easy, economical, low fat and carb dinner? This is it! Ingredients

    1 14 oz can Frank's Sweet Bavarian Kraut with Caraway Seeds
    10 oz Hillshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa(diced or sliced)

Directions

After chopping or slicing the sausage, empty kraut in to medium size sauce pan. Add sausage and stir to mix. Cook over medium heat to a high simmer and stir again. Cover and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes(not figured into nutritional values)

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 cup servings
