Ingredients

    16 oz Pork Chops (5 chops)
    2 apples
    1/4 C raisins
    1/4 C chopped walnuts
    1/6 C packed brown sugar splenda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    32 oz (1 bag) drained sauerkraut

Directions

Saute pork chops (I use griddle) until brown. Peel, core, and coarsely chop apples. Mix apples, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, nutmeg and sauerkraut well in mixing bowl. Mound mixture over pork chops in greased baking pan (9x13). Cover with foil and bake for 1 hr.

    Very Good
    I baked this recipe at 325 degrees. I really liked the combination of flavors (I did not try it with the nuts). I also made it with polish sausage because that's what I had on hand. - 1/24/17
