Ingredients

    !/2 bag frozen tesco vegetarian soya mince
    1 onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1 tsp chilli powder (more if you like it hot)
    1 tin mixed bean salad, draianed
    4 tblsp tomato puree
    1 tin chopped tomatoes
    2 tblsp olive oil
    4 tblsp cooked green lentils (tinned are fine)

Directions

fry chopped garlic and onion in oil. add soya mince after 3 mins plus chilli powder, tinned tomatoes, puree, beans, and tinned lentils, and enough water to thin it slightly (about 1/2 the tomato tin). simmer gently for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. serve with brown rice, jacket potato or rustic wholemeal bread.
