Introduction
This is so easy, and so good! It comes out creamier than store bought yogurt, as no gelatin is added. You don't have to use the greek yogurt, but make sure that the yogurt you use has live cultures.Note: Even my very picky husband loves this yogurt! This is so easy, and so good! Ingredients

4 cups milk, 1%
1/4 cup yogurt with live cultures
Directions
1. Plug in the crockpot and turn to low.
2. Add the 4 cups milk.
3. Cover and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.
4. Unplug your crockpot. Leave the cover on, and let it sit for 3 hours.
5. When 3 hours have passed, remove 1 cup of the warm milk and mix with the 1/4 cup of yogurt with live cultures.
5. Put the yogurt/milk mixture into the crockpot and mix with all of the milk in the crockpot.
6. Cover with the lid. DO NOT PLUG THE CROCKPOT BACK ON.
7. Wrap a heavy towel around the crockpot. Let it sit for at least 8 hours.
8. After 8 hours, remove the lid and gently stir-you now have creamy, homemade yogurt!
9. Spoon into containers and refrigerate.
*I like to add vanilla and berries, but you can add whatever you want!
