    2 (8oz.) packages cream cheese
    1 container of blue cheese crumbles or grated gorgonzola or jarlsburg
    Shallot pepper or Greek seasoning to taste
    1 hand full pecan halfs ground
    1 hand full coconut fine grate

Instructions
Soften cream cheese and mix thoroughly with Blue Cheese and seasonings using mixer. refridgerate 2hours Form mixture into a ball and roll in pecan coconut mix place in serving bowl return to fridge until ready to use

Serve with rye crisp or triscots assorted
