Introduction
I get so many compliments on this recipe and everyone is always shocked when I tell them it is low fat! Any frozen potato product will work, but tator tots seem to be the crowd favorite. Ingredients

1 bag frozen tater tots
1 8oz container Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 can 98% Campbell's Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/2 cup skim milk
1 bag Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar (divided in half)
1 onion, diced (red or yellow)
Chopped fresh chives (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl, whisk yogurt, soup, cream cheese and milk together.
Add tator tots, chives, onions, 1/2 of the cheddar and mix together.
Pour into greased 13X9 baking dish, sprinkle rest of cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until top begins to brown and ingredients set.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
