    15 oz pumpkin (Libby's has better color)
    3 oz vanilla jello cook & serve pudding
    12 oz 8th Continent Light soymilk
    1/4 C sugar
    1 t cinnamon
    1 t nutmeg
    1/4 t ginger
    1/4 t cloves
    1/3 C Egg replacements (whites only)
    Great Value traditional 9" pie shells

Directions

Fills 1 1/2 9" pie shells. Double recipie will fill 3.
Great Value shells are very high in fat and carbs. Others might be a better choice.

Mix ingredients as on the back of the can of pumpkin.
