    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup
    Beans, black, .5 cup
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Edamame, shelled, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Feta Cheese, .25 cup, crumbled (remove)
    Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry, 0.25 cup
    Snap peas, .25 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup cherry tomatoes

Directions

Cook the Chicken Breast through
Cook the Quinoa
Chop all other ingredients and mix together in a big bowl
