Introduction

I make this any time I feel I need extra boost for my vitamin needs. I make this any time I feel I need extra boost for my vitamin needs.

Ingredients


    One rotisserie chicken de boned and de skinned
    3 yellow summer crook neck squash
    3 green summer squash
    one whole onion
    about 8 carrots (medium sized)
    some powdered chicken stock (bullion)
    a fresh bunch of cilantro
    a small head of cabbage
    add water
    and a hand full of dried red peppers
    oh and a dash of pepper
    oh and garlic minced up

    now usually I'll add potatoes and cellery but I didn't have any on hand...

Directions

chop to your desires toss it together and boil. Taste. and serve
