Ingredients

    3 garlic
    1 onion
    1 tbsp olive oil
    100 grams mushrooms
    14.5 oz can tomatos
    1 cup white beans
    1/2 cup dry pasta
    1/3 c parmesan cheese
    water

Directions

Cook garlic, onion & carrot til onion is see thru
Add tomatoes & spices, cook 10 min
add beans & cook for 20 min
meantime: cook pasta & reserve
When bean mixture is done, add Parmesan cheese & butter to pasta
Mix pasta with bean mixture & serve

    How much is 100 grams of mushrooms? What carrots? What about the beans--dry? canned? pre-cooked? You say "add spices"--what spices? I'm looking for a good recipe for pasta fasul. This is NOT it! - 4/25/08
