Ingredients

    Bread:
    1 cup water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp oregano
    2 1/4 tsp yeast
    2 1/2 cups bread flour
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dill

    1 Tbsp. butter divided and placed in the corners of the breadmachine container to avoid sticking.

    Topping: 2 Tbsp. parmesan
    1/2 tsp. galic powder
    1 tsp. rosemary

Directions

Combine the "bread ingredients" in breadmaker. Set on dough cycle. When ready, turn out into a lightly oiled baking dish, stone, or pan sprinkled with a small amount of the topping mixture. Brush top with a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining topping. Cover and let rise until about double in size (about 20-30 minutes). Bake at 350*F for 30-45 min. Bread should have a light golden crust.
