Ingredients
-
1 pacage turkey bratwurst (about 7 links)
1 can Hunts Pasta Sauce
2 Yellow summer squash
1-2 Yellow peppers
1-2 red peppers
1 clove garlic
2 tesp oregano
2 tbs parsley
1 package tortellini pasta
2 tbs lemon pepper
Directions
-bring pot of water to boil
-cut peppers into strips
-dice squash
-place veggies into a bowl, add spices & toss; set aside
-slice bratwurst into bit sized pieces
- heat a large fry pan, add bratwurst & cook toughly
-meanwhile add tortellini pasta into boiling water, bring water back to a simmer & simmer 3 minutes
-once the pasta is in the water add vegetables to fry pan with the bratwurst slices, saute in fry pan on low heat
-add one can of Hunts pasta sauce to fry pan
- when pasta is done, drain & add to sauce mixture in fry pan heat thoroughly
- serve warm garnish with a hint of parsley
