Ingredients

    1.5 cups Peanut Butter
    1 cup Honey
    2 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal, ground finely in blender
    .5 cup Sunflower Seeds (raw or roasted)
    .5 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or carob chips
    .5 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
    .5 cup Craisins or Raisins
    .5 cup Sesame Seeds or flax seeds

Directions

Grind oatmeal in blener until floury textured. Then mix peanut butter, honey and oatmeal. Add sunflower seeds, chocolate chips (or carob), coconut, craisins (or raisins). Take approx. 1/4 of mixture and form into a bar by compacting as tightly as possible, approximately 1" square by about 3" long. Roll bars in sesame seeds and place in individual snack bags are plastic wrap. Refrigeration is best but not necessary.
