Introduction

This is my version of a summer fruit trifle that is guilt free and festive when presented in a glass trifle dish. It's one way to get my hubby to eat fresh fruit. Most any fruit could be substituted. Ingredients

    1/2 Angel Food Cake broken in to pieces
    1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip Free
    1 16 oz. Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
    Approximately 15 fresh strawberries quartered
    1/2 cup fresh raspberries
    1/2 cup fresh blackberries
    1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

Layer 1/2 of the angel food cake and 1/2 of each of the berries, then cover with 1/2 of the yogurt and 1/2 of the cool whip. Repeat saving a few strawberries and blueberries to decorate top. Best when refrigerated a few hours before serving.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 12 - 1 cup servings
