Introduction

This Smoothie is made with Jay Robb's protein powder. Very good tasting. Great Protein Smoothie. I like chocolate, so you can use vanilla or any flavor too taste. I am a Diabetic, so this works well for a breakfast every morning. Great afternoon snack with out the fruit.

Ingredients

    1 Scoop of Jay Robbs Chocolate Whey Protein Mix
    8ozs of Almond Breeze Original or Chocolate Milk (Unsweetened)
    4 Large Strawberries
    1 oz blueberries or Blackberries
    1 Large Celery Stick
    Handful of Ice

    Put everything into a blender and mix.

    Blend and enjoy
