Orzo, Barilla, uncooked, 6 oz or 1 cup
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pompeian Brand, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 3 cloves, smashed and minced

Directions
Peel, smash and then mince the garlic so there aren't any chunks.
Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add orzo pasta, cook for 10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat (5-6), and cook the garlic and red pepper about 1 minute, until garlic is golden brown. Stir in chicken, season with salt, and cook about 5 minutes, until lightly browned and juices run clear. Mix in the cooked orzo. Place spinach in the skillet. Continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until spinach is wilted.
