Ingredients

    1 med-size head CABBAGE, shredded
1/2 med-sized red, white or yellow ONION
    1/4 c. SALAD OIL
    2 T. RED WINE VINEGAR
1 T. LIME (or LEMON JUICE)
    1/2 t. SALT
    1/2 t. CELERY SALT
    12 t. GARLIC SALT
    1/2. ground BLACK PEPPER

Directions

Mix cabbage and onion together in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, pour over cabbage, toss lightly and serve. I like it best after it sits overnight. Twelve cups makes 12 servings. Next time, I'll try with half the olive oil to see if there's much difference in flavor, but saving half the calories from the oil.)
